There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved that the House adopt the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting the following, and recommended that the members vote yes: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 282 "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall the House adopt the report?" The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. The Senate adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (May 18). CCS HB 282 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment.
